Dr Willmar Schwabe Aconitum Napellus Q is a homoeopathic medicine which is an effective remedy for physical or mental restlessness. A state of fear, anxiety; anguish of mind and body. Physical and mental restlessness, fright, is the most characteristic manifestation of Aconite.
